Hudson's Canada's Pub is a growing, vibrant restaurant company out of Alberta. They embody Canadian hospitality and they needed their management offsite to embody Canadian adventure. Ninja Training built an off-the-grid survival scenario that would demand full engagement and reinforce key leadership learnings: it's all about culture, communications, and curiosity. The retreat bonded the Hudson's family, front of house and back of house, operators and head office. Thankfully everybody made it out of the woods…but they were different.
